Pastoral Ministry

Brad and Nicole served from 2007-2018 as interim pastors for the Ohio Ministry Network of the Assemblies of God (www.ohioministry.net). In May of 2018, while serving an interim assignment in Canton, Ohio, they felt called to accept the offer to remain as the churches new Lead Pastors. Through the Word and the Worship, they have perfected a church recovery model that specializes in assisting churches in navigating extensive leadership change, turn-around, and recovery strategies. Believing that God guides people through a process of spiritual development, Brad and Nicole concentrate their efforts on helping people realize God has a purpose for their lives and they are never done advancing spiritually. Many times when churches are in transition, morale is low and people question their purpose especially as it relates to their local church. Part of the strategy for the pastoral ministry is to reunite the body of Christ then lead them in seeking a new vision for not only their local church but also in their personal lives.
Pastoral/Church Leadership Coaching

Brad has spent the last 29 years as an accomplished entrepreneur with ministry concentrating on developing and advancing a churches most valuable asset, their people! He preached throughout the midwest while also serving as an interim pastor for the Ohio Ministry Network of the Assemblies of God (www.ohioministry.net). In May of 2018 Brad felt called to accept the offer to remain at a church he was leading as an interim pastor. In June 2018 he was voted in as the new Lead Pastor of Calvary Church in Canton, Ohio. Brad continues to coach pastors and church leaders throughout Ohio and Pennsylvania in navigating extensive leadership change, turn-around, and recovery strategies with emphasis on leadership development.

Brad’s professional career consist of founder, President, and CEO of several diverse business ventures. He founded and serves as lead coach/consultant at the Academy for Advanced Leadership Training, LLC (www.leadingacademy.com) where he trains/coaches on leadership development.

Brad is a frequent preacher, public speaker, and university lecturer where he imparts the principle “Unity Drives Success;” which is the foundation of any successful organization. Brad also has served on many private boards and committees including eight years in public office as a member of his local Board of Education (www.salemquakers.org) serving as both President and Vice-President.
Music/Worship Leadership Coaching

Nicole focuses her ministry on entering into the presence of God through a powerful vertical Worship style to raise our personal standards in creating an atmosphere of expectancy to receive God’s favor. Nicole is an accomplished professional gospel soloist having an extensive music career performing with many notable musicians. She also is a former studio singer for the Gaither Music Studio (www.gaither.com) where she perfected her unique calling in connecting to God through music. Nicole also mentors young musicians in vertical style worship techniques in additional to mentoring women.
Revivals & Crusades

Brad and Nicole combine their gifts of the Word and the Worship in pursuing their passion of seeking a new and fresh outpouring of God’s Spirit in leading revival and crusade meetings nationwide.

Nicole sets the stage for a move of the Spirit through her ministry on entering into the presence of God through a vertical Worship style. Brad focuses his preaching on delivering powerful messages focused on God's Word as it relates to raising personal standards in creating an atmosphere of expectancy to receive God’s favor. This collaborated effort ushers in a new and fresh move of God as He inhabitants the praises of His people.

Brad hails from Salem, Ohio, raised by his devoted single mother in a Christian household. Early on, he embraced his faith and felt a calling to ministry during his time at Bowling Green State University. Alongside a successful entrepreneurial career, Brad founded the Academy for Advanced Leadership Training, LLC, specializing in coaching and leadership consultancy. With a passion for advancing individuals in alignment with God’s purpose, Brad holds advanced certifications in behavior analysis. Ordained with the General Council of the Assemblies of God since 1999, he also launched the Myers Ministry Group to further his outreach.

As a sought-after preacher and speaker, Brad emphasizes the principle of “Unity Drives Success,” delivering messages centered on unity and expectancy for God’s favor. He also leads a recovery ministry tailored for churches in pastoral transitions, aiming for a renewed outpouring of God’s Spirit.

Nicole Myers

Worship Ministry

Nicole, originally from Canton, Ohio, grew up in a nurturing Christian environment where she discovered her talent for singing at a young age. Active in her local church, she honed her gift through diligent practice and participation in various concerts and productions. Later, at Anderson University in Indiana, Nicole continued to flourish musically, seizing opportunities to use her talents for God’s work.

With a focus on worship that elevates personal standards and fosters expectancy for God’s favor, Nicole employs a powerful vertical worship style in her ministry. As an accomplished gospel soloist, she has performed alongside renowned artists and honed her craft as a former studio singer for Gaither Music Studio. Nicole is deeply committed to mentoring musicians and teams, guiding them to create worship experiences that usher in God’s presence. Additionally, she passionately encourages women on their faith journey, helping them discover and pursue God’s purpose in their lives.
